A charming stay with quirks

The location was fantastic, with numerous dining options and a movie theater nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant experience overall.

Unfortunately, our initial room was unmade, and we encountered a strong spicy odor throughout the building. The towels felt thin and could use an upgrade.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable, nicely made beds that awaited me. The variety of pillows provided was an unexpected delight! And let’s not forget the shower—it had amazing water pressure, truly enhancing my stay. It's clear that the owners are committed to making ongoing improvements to this place.

Rooms need thorough cleaning!!! Staff should consider accessibility options!!! Having a reliable stock of essentials like toilet paper would be appreciated!!! Overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of bathrooms can enhance guest experience!!!

We had a lovely stay with our two babies! The staff was accommodating, allowing us a late check-out which helped with our schedule. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice base for visiting attractions like Harrah's Casino nearby and enjoying some local dining options.

In my wife’s opinion, there could be more family-friendly amenities.

stayed at baymont inn & suites by wyndham for one night and really enjoyed the location. it was super close to restaurants and the movie theater. Easy to access the freeway without the noise. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty!

our stay at baymont inn & suites was surprisingly delightful. the beds were super comfortable with various pillows to choose from. we especially enjoyed the excellent shower pressure, which made our stay during our day tour exceed expectations.

However, the room had noticeable water damage, an unstable toilet dispenser, and outdated outlets that could use attention.

This place was a great match for a quick weekend visit in Liberty, offering value for money. The lobby attendant was friendly and helped us find our way after some confusion in the basement hallway. When you check in, try to clarify your access to the breakfast area to avoid any mix-ups!

However, the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage to the second floor inconvenient. The mini fridge in my room froze some of my food, which was frustrating, along with a thermostat that had a mind of its own, staying warmer than I liked despite setting it low. Minor issues with ceiling stains and a broken hairdryer were also present. These details showed that while improvements are happening, there's still much room for maintenance to enhance the experience.

Wi-Fi was reliable, but parking was limited. fitness center could use more equipment.
